We recommend using 2–3 times per week as a pre-wash treatment.

Can I leave it in overnight?

Yes. Leaving the oil overnight allows for a more intensive treatment.
We recommend using a satin bonnet or protecting your pillow.

Can I use it on wet or dry hair?

Both.

Is it suitable for all hair types?

Yes. But only on the scalp. Avoid the extensions. 

It can help with:
