Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Express Shipping (if offered): 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to Australia Post or courier delays.

International Shipping (If Applicable)

We offer international shipping to selected countries.

International delivery times vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days or longer.

Please note:

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees

These charges are the responsibility of the customer

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, it is in the care of the courier.

If your parcel is delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist with lodging an enquiry with the courier. However, we cannot guarantee recovery or replacement unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Authority to Leave

By placing an order, you agree that parcels may be left in a safe place if the courier deems it appropriate. We are not responsible for parcels once marked as delivered.
