We take pride in the quality of our products and comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This policy outlines your rights and our obligations regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
This includes but is not limited to:
Ordering the wrong item
No longer wanting the product
Finding the item cheaper elsewhere
Please choose carefully before purchasing.
Hair Oil (Cosmetic Products)
Due to health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair oils if:
The product has been opened or used
The seal has been broken
Unopened and unused hair oils may only be eligible for a return if there is a major fault or the product is damaged in transit.
Hair Accessories
Hair accessories may be returned only if:
They are faulty, damaged, or not as described
They are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
We do not accept returns for worn or used accessories due to hygiene reasons.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product:
Is faulty or defective
Is significantly different from its description
Is unsafe
Arrives damaged
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Photos or videos showing the fault or damage
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days once approved
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required under ACL
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a fault or error on our part, we will cover return shipping
If approved, instructions will be provided before any item is returned
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, refunds will be issued and a new order can be placed.
